How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.
How do I change the language?
To change the app language, go to Settings > Language and select your preferred language. Currently, we support English and Spanish.
Is Brainiz free to use?
Yes! Brainiz is completely free to download and use. We believe quality education should be accessible to everyone.
How do I set up Kids Mode?
To set up Kids Mode, go to Settings > Kids Mode. You can select the appropriate age group (3-5, 6-8, or 9-12) and set a PIN to prevent children from exiting.
Can I play offline?
Yes! Once you've downloaded the app, many quiz categories are available offline. Your progress will sync when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I challenge a friend?
You can challenge friends via the Online Duels feature. Tap on 'Challenge Friend' and share the invite link through WhatsApp or any messaging app.
How do I report a bug or issue?
