1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Brainiz mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Account Responsibility
When creating an account on Brainiz, you agree to the following:
- •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

Kids Mode is a supervised learning environment designed for children ages 3-12:
- •Kids Mode must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian
- •Children cannot create individual accounts; they use the supervised Kids Mode feature
- •Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App
- •No personal data is collected from children in Kids Mode

All content within the Brainiz App, including but not limited to questions, images, graphics, sounds, and software, is the exclusive property of Brainiz and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the App without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Brainiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to other users or the App. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brainiz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
